Compassionate support for those who are struggling at this time of year.

Christmas can be a time of joy for many, but it can also bring added pressure, anxiety, and loneliness - especially if you are struggling with relationship issues, loss, or addiction. As a qualified counsellor and coach with years of experience helping people navigate life’s most challenging times, I am here to offer support during this sometimes difficult season. Here’s how I can help:

  • Understanding addiction struggles

This season can often trigger feelings of isolation or stress, which can fuel addictive behaviours. Also, being surrounded by festive ‘spirit’ can make it difficult to avoid temptation. It can be a difficult time for someone trying to manage cravings and avoid relapse. Together we can work on coping strategies, create a supportive plan for the season, and address underlying emotional triggers.

  • Healing relationship challenges

The holidays can bring to the surface unresolved conflicts, unmet expectations, or emotional wounds in relationships. Whether you are navigating family dynamics, or dealing with separation or loss, I offer a safe, non-judgemental, space to help you re-build connection and manage the emotional intensity of the season.

  • Creating a safe, non judgemental space

No matter what you are facing, you deserve to be heard and understood. I provide a safe, confidential space where we can explore your feelings, understand your challenges, and work together to support your emotional wellbeing.

  • Support that suits you

Whether you are looking for one-off sessions to cope with the stress of the season, or ongoing therapy, I will work with you to develop a plan that suits your needs and goals. On-line sessions, as well as in-person in Guernsey, are available.

  • Pricing plan

I can offer a discounted rate for those wanting short-term seasonal support.

You don’t have to face this time of year alone. Contact me to schedule a free 15mins phone or on-line video session to discuss your goals and how we might work together.
